I've been so busy with school and work that I hardly have time to blog!:( So my goal to blog everyday....kind of didn't work! I have finals this week and then moving home!! I am so excited to spend time with my family and for it to be summer!! YAY!!:) So for now my 30 day challenge is put on hold until after finals week and then back to blogging every day! I have had so much fun this school year at college. I've learned a lot and I have gotten to know so many new people! Its been a great year and I am going to miss my roommates!

I absolutely love this Temple! I was able to do Baptisms for the Dead here when I went with my cousin Audra and on the Church History Trip. Inside is so beautiful and amazing! I would love to go back to Nauvoo again!:)

Day #4- A habit I wish I didn't have

The first habit that comes to my mind is biting my nails! I am horrible!! I bite my nails when I'm bored or nervous! I have to have acrylic nails so I don't bite my nails and actually let them grow!
Another habit I have is stressing over the little things! I can just worry over the little things even if there is nothing I can do to fix it! My mom has to keep reminding me that its no big deal and just to let it go. I am going to try and break these two habits! Wish me luck!:)

Well there isn't really any meaning behind my blog name. All my friends call me Hillary Sue, so I just used that for my blog name. Britney (the pro-blogger) helped me set up my blog and at first I did really good at blogging but I've slacked off and haven't blogged for away. I haven't thought of changing my blog name so it will stay Hillary Sue!!:)

Lately I have absolutely love taking random pictures and remembering all the fun memories!:)

Once I started college I think my journey really started. I have and will face many trials. Meet new people, enjoy new adventures and through all this I will have wonderful family and friends supporting me through this!:) Love you all!

My sisters are my best friends! I don't know what I would do without them! They have helped me with so much throughout my life and has taught me so much. For Labor Day Weekend, Mom, Dad, and I went down to St. George and seen Tarzan at Taucahn. It was so much fun, the show was great! Tarzan is now my favorite play I have seen down there. Thanks Mom and Dad for the fun weekend. You guys are amazing!! Love ya!

We went to Fishlake one weekend when I was home and had dinner at Bowery Haven. It was so pretty up there I love when the leaves are changing colors. Fall is my favorite season so I had to take pictures of the leaves. :)

I have been in school for almost a month now and I am loving every minute of it!! I have met a lot of new people and made new friends. All my roommates are amazing and we all get along with each other, we still haven't had any time to take any Roommate Pictures. But we will get some soon!:) I love all my classes, I have learned so much in them and have enjoyed them. Only one problem, I still don't know what I am going out in, so as of right now I am just doing generals and hoping I will find out what I am going into soon! I have so had many adventures while here at College, these adventures include; playing in the fountain late at night, dances, walking in the Cemetery at night, and TRUE EAGLE!!:) The adventures are very fun and very random!:) I am sure there will be more great adventures waiting for us! True Eagle is where you kiss over the rock Gibby and than get a free shirt!:) So...... I am proud to say I'M A TRUE EAGLE!!!:)


For College Students, late nights are normal! And sometimes its not unusal for you to just crash whenever you get the chance. Me, Jessica and Nadine all on my bed.

I started working at Tolley's Toddlers in Price on September 15th. I LOVE IT!!!:) The kids are so dang cute. I work three days a week and I am in the baby room. It works out perfect because I can go to work and not have to worry about homework and anything to do with school, just play with the kids and have fun. I love my job! Today one of the little babies I watch, took his first steps today!!:) We was all excited and so proud of him! Good Job Jag!:)
College has taught me a lot, I have learned to be more responsible, save money, be on time, and so much more. But one thing I have learned is that my family does a lot for me, I never knew how much they did for me until I got here to college. My Mom and Dad has helped and supported me, I am so grateful for them. Also my sisters and brothers (meaning in-laws too) has been supportive too! I love my family! Thanks guys for everything!:) I love spending time with you on the weekends when I come home!:)

Church History Trip!!

The Church History Trip was a lot of fun and a great experience too!! I loved every minute of it...even the long bus rides ha ha;) I loved being able to meet new people too. I gained a stronger testimony and I am so grateful for what the Saints went through to make the Church possible. Thanks Mom and Dad for sending me on the Church History Trip!! Love ya both!! Each place we visited was very special. Some of my favorite places were:

I LOVE the Nauvoo Temple!! It was a lot of fun to be able to do Baptisms for the Dead in there. The Nauvoo Temple is so pretty! It was amazing to look up the hill and see the Temple!

Niagara Falls

The Sacred Grove was my all time favorite spot! It was so peaceful and calming! As soon as you walked into the Grove you felt relaxed and didn't worry about anything outside of the Grove. I loved the Sacred Grove!!

Korean War Memorial- "Freedom is not Free!" So many men and women has lost their lives to defend our country! My Grandpa Brown served in the Korean War and he was one of the lucky ones who made it back home safely. I am so proud of him and I am grateful for all the Military men and Women for sacrificing their lives for ours.

"Tragedy in Winter Quarters" this is a statue that is in the cemetery in Winter Quarters where pioneers who didn't make it across the plains to Salt Lake City are buried. The statue is of a man and a women burying their baby while on their way to Salt Lake. The Saints went through a lot and stayed faithful through it all. I wouldn't be able to stay strong and faithful like them.

Today was Girl's Day. The theme we had decided on was "She's Somebody's Hero." Once I heard the song from Jamie O'Neil I absolutely just LOVED it!! It became my favorite song!! It reminds me so much about my mom and all the things she has done for me! I'm so grateful to have a wonderful mom like mine!:) Girl's Day went great today!! The boys who helped us were great. They served our food and were escorts. They were great workers and did everything we asked them to do, it went very smoothly because they just took over and got the food out for the lunch very quickly! I'm going to miss all the FCCLA girls, I loved getting to know them and becoming close friends with all of them!! Thanks Mom, Brit, and Heathie for all your help! I have the best mom and sisters ever!!! Love ya lots!! Thanks Ms. Dexter for all your help! Thanks to everyone who helped me with everything this year with FCCLA!!

The End of the School Year!

I can't believe I will be Graduating next Tuesday!! Its so crazy how time flies by so fast!! I am very excited to go on the Church History Trip!! Girl's Day is this Friday and its going to be so much fun spending time with my mom and sisters! Also it will be nice to have all the stress over with because of being the President of FCCLA! This year has been a blast getting to know all the members of FCCLA and gaining friendships through out the year! The girls have been so good to work with and so willing to do what I have ask them to do. Graduation is in 7 days!! YAY!!:) The count down is on!!:)

I have been very busy with school, work, Girl's Day and getting ready for graduation! Today Mom and I went over to Price to register for college. Dad met us over there and he came with us too. It was a lot of fun! I'm so excited to go to CEU for school and meet new people!! Its crazy how time goes by so fast! I will be graduating in 13 days!!! Its exciting but also scary to think its coming up so quickly!
I am going on the Church History Trip!!:) I'm very excited to see all the places that the church history took place at and to gain a stronger testimony. I can't wait for the Church History Trip!!:)

Grandma Mary

My Grandma Mary passed away on Thursday February 25th. She was the best Grandma ever! Grandma Mary was a sweet lady and very loving. She was a wonderful example to me and I love her for that. I will miss her so much and I am so grateful she's my Grandma! I love you and miss you Grandma Mary!!

I have super busy so I have slacked off on blogging! A lot of new things has happened!:) I can't believe how fast time flies by!! I will be graduating in two months which seems way CRAZY too me!!!! I got accepted to CEU! YAY!!:) Mom, Laura, and I went over to CEU for Eagle Experience Tour, it was so much fun and way exciting to see all of campus and meet new people who will be attending CEU also. I am almost done with my Sterling Scholar book which that will be a releaf to have it all done and not have to worry about getting it done in time. It has been a fun experience but also a lot of work is put in on the Sterling Scholar book. I have the BEST Mom ever!! She has helped me so much and has supported me with all I do! Thanks Mom!!!! I love you so much!! I will hopefully keep up with the blogging!

So I haven't updated my blog for a long time, and I finally got some time to update. I am loving my Senior year so far...except all the homework I have every night. Its still crazy to think that I'm a Senior! Where did all the time go? This week is Homecoming and it will be a lot of fun too. The theme for this year is "Welcome to the Jungle" last Saturday we went and painted windows for FCCLA (pictures will be coming.) I promise I'll try and keep updating my blog! :)

Oquirrh Mountain Temple

On Saturday we went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House. It was so pretty and amazing to see how much work was put in on the Temple. I loved being there with my family and feeling to peace all around us. The rooms were very pretty and peaceful. I love spending time with my family! 4th of July Weekend

Hope everyone had a safe and fun weekend. On Friday we all had the day off so we spent time with each other. We went to the fireworks over in Aurora to kick off the 4th of July weekend. Caydee came down with Brandon and spent the weekend with us too. She was a lot of fun to be around. On Saturday we stayed pretty busy, we went over to Monroe to my Grandpa's for a cookout. Heather and Gavin came down to come with us to the cookout and parade. Gavin and Laynie are getting so big!! The cookout was fun and it was great to spend time with the family too. After the cookout we came back over to Salina and watched the parade. The parade was really good, some of the little girls I watch at the Daycare did the Mini Cheer Camp and was so excited that they got to be in the parade with the Cheerleaders. The girls have shown us all the cheers and dances they learned at work everyday. When the parade was over I went back home to get ready for the Rodeo with my friends. The Rodeo was a lot of fun and the fireworks were great this year! Hope everyone had fun too! :)

Highway Partol Banquet

Last Wednesday Mom, Dad, Brandon and I all went to the Highway Patrol Banquet up in Ogden because Brandon was receiving a scholarship from them. We met Grandma and Grandpa Brown and Breeanna and Tanner up there too. We had dinner and a program by the Highway Patrol. My Grandpa Brown is a retired Highway Patrol so we get to go to the banquet with him. Before the dinner they had a Table of Honor set for the Highway Patrols who had lost their lives while in the serves. It was really neat to see all the things the Highway Patrol does for the community and everyone around them. I had a lot of fun and very proud of Brandon for getting the scholarship. Some of the pictures are kind of dark sorry.

Girls State 2009

I haven't had much time to blog. I went to Girls State the first week in June and it was a lot of fun too. I met new people and had a great experience. I was in Clyde City with 27 other girls by the first day we all became like sisters and really close with each other coming from different backgrounds. My counselor was Cary Fisher aka Mama Leah, she was awesome and was like our mom for the week. The theme of Girl State this year was "Believe" meaning to believe in yourself and your country. I loved going to Girls State and learned a lot new things about the government and gain a better respect for the Soldiers who are fighting for our freedom. Thanks Mom and Dad and Grandma and Grandpa Brown for giving me the opportunity to go to Girls State.

Quick Update!!

So I haven't had any time to blog, so now since things have slowed down a little I'll inform you all. On March 20th I got my big brother and my best friend home! YAY!! Brandon flew in the same day as my Junior Prom. So for my family it was a very busy day! When we arrived at the airport, Britney and I had to hurry and work on my hair so all we would have to do when we got home was just a quick touch-up. It was so good to see Brandon and all the other missionaries coming down. I was so glad to finally get Brandon home. He is the best big brother a girl could ask for. I love him tons and so proud of him! Love Ya Brand!! :)
Britney, Brandon J., and I had to hurry home so I could make it in time for my date. I got asked by Eric Lyman to the Prom and we had so much FUN!! In our group was Eric and I, Hoss Allred and Kelsie Mason, Zach Owens and Laura Bills, Cy Robins and Megan Johnson, John Harrison and Kinzie Robins, Tait Gurney and Abbie Robinson, and Chase Robinson and Shelbee Thruston. Our dates picked us up in a "Redneck Limo" aka a RV. On the side of the RV there was a sign that said "Junior Prom or Bust." We had dinner at the Blackhawk. We all had a BLAST! On Saturday for our date we went Lazar Tagging up in Provo. Boys Vs. Girls and I'm proud to say the girls beat the boys! After Lazar Tagging we went to dinner at Ruby River Steakhouse. I had so much fun even though it was a very busy day! I'll put some pictures on from the Airport and Prom! :)

My Mom was called to be a 2nd Councilor in the Relief Society in our ward today. Along with Lori Hallows as President, BonnyDahlsrud 1st Councilor, and Angela Johnson as secretary.They will all do a great job in their callings. I'm so proud of my mom and I know she will do a GREAT Job in her calling. I love her tons and will support her in every way. CONGRATS MOM!! LOVE YOU LOTS!!!

My New Year's Resolutions

So this year I want to make resolutions and actually keep them threw out the whole year. Some may are really easy to do but when you are busy with school and work its tough to find time to follow threw on the resolutions but this year is going to be different I want to find time to reach all my goals. Some of my resolutions are writing in my journal everyday, well almost everyday, read my scriptures, practice the piano, and become more healthy.

Last weekend Heather and I made journals. So hopefully I can write in my journal almost everyday.

Seminary has been a lot of fun this year. And I have enjoyed it so I want to read my scriptures more often.

I have love taking piano from Joan this year. I want to be able to play the piano where ever I am at.

I want to become healthier this year.

Quick Update

So I haven't updated for a while. Its been busy. I love working at the daycare and playing with all the kids. For Christmas everyone came down to spend the weekend and we got to talk to Brandon on the phone on Christmas Day. So that was really fun and exciting too. I hope the three months goes by fast and have Brandon home. Gavin is now 6 months old and is getting big everyday and loves to be around his mom and dad. Britney and Brandon finds out what they are having on January 14 so I'm super excited to be an Aunt again. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and soon a Happy New Year!!

For Thanksgiving, my Mom, Dad and I went over to Joseph to have dinner over with my family over in South Sevier. It was so much fun. Then on Friday Heather, Carl, Gavin, Brit and Brandon all came over and stayed with us for the rest of the weekend. On Friday night Heather, Carl, Gavin and I all went to Nephi because Carl had to work early Saturday morning and Heather needed some help with Christmas presents. I went with them to help out it was a lot of fun. We went to see Santa with Gavin. Its a good thing he is the Big Guy and is worth standing in line for 45 minutes. Well OK so he was worth every minute. Gavin was so happy to see Santa but not happy to wait in the line. Then Mom and Dad, Britney and Brandon all came up to see the Nephi Light Parade this was the first year they had the light parade. And all the floats looked every good. It was a wonderful way to start off the Christmas Season. I had so much fun with my family and I love them so much. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and everyone was safe too. These pictures of the floats are bad sorry.

Its been so long since I have posted. And now I finally have time too post. So here is some things that happened.On the third of this month I started working a Care A lot Daycare just after school. Since Volleyball was over I decided to get a job rather then play basketball. I love working at the daycare so so much. Its a lot of fun being around all the little kids. Lately I have had the two year old to take care of them and each one has their own personality. I'm starting to get to know more about them everyday. Everyday I walk into work I usually have three little girls run up to me to give me a hug. Its always fun for that. I love going to work to see all the little kids and hopefully a good role model for each one of them to look up too.

On the 14th of this month Brandon will be home in FOUR months!!!! I can't wait for him to be home and I miss him so much. It seems like the time has been flying by so quickly. Our family has started a countdown until he comes home by reading the D&C backwards. We are on section 119. By reading D&C I hope the time goes by fast which in some way it kind of has. I can't wait for my big brother to come home! :)

Hopefully now I will have more time to blog about what is happening.

Girls Weekend!!

Last weekend Kelsey, Hailey and I thought it would be fun to go and stay at Kelsey's apartment at Snow. We had so much fun. It was like old times again hanging out together. We wanted this to be a GIRLS ONLY weekend!! And which it was and it was a BLAST too. When we got up to Kelsey's apartment we had a dance party with Kelsey's roommates. Because of all our classes we are taking we were all stressed out, so if you every get stressed out eat hot tamales and skittles. Thanks to yearbook last year we learned that trick. Its a great stress reliever. It was so much fun spending the day with my two best friends. What more can I ask for with GREAT Friends like Hailey and Kelsey On Saturday Snow was having their homecoming game so we all decided to go to that. It was freezing cold so we went back to the apartment to warm up and take friend pictures. The weekend was so much fun, and we differently need to do it again. I just want to tell Kels and Hay THANKS so much for being GREAT Friends to me!!!

My top five favorite celebrities would have to be President Gordon B. Hinckley, President Thomas S. Monson, Ruby Bridges, Clara Barton, and Michael Phelps. The reasons why I would choose all these people were....

President Gordon B. Hinckley- He was the Prophet while I was growing up and taught me so many things to help me in my life.

President Thomas S. Monson- The Prophet today, he is also very inspirational.

Ruby Bridges- She was the first black to go to an all white public school. She was just a little girl at the time but changed history tremendously.

Clara Barton- She is the founder of the American Red Cross. Also she was a nurse during the Civil War and then after started the American Red Cross.

Michael Phelps- Broke many records during the Olympics. He shows that if you want something bad enough you have to do your best and work hard at it.

My mom and I had started reading Twilight but then I let my sisters both read it and now they are on the fourth book Breaking Dawn. I figured that since they have read it and loved it I should try reading again. So hopefully I will like it, I have heard a lot of people say they love the books so here goes nothing. I plan on reading all the books in the Twilight series. Well I will get back to everyone after I get done reading it. Wish me luck :)

Nanny Hill

Last weekend, I went home with Heather, Carl, and Gavin so I could help Heather and Carl while they were getting things ready for Gavin's blessing. Heather said she needed a Nanny for the day so I was the lucky one who got to be Nanny Hill. Gav Man and I had so much fun together while Heather and Carl did the hard work. While Gavin and I relaxed and had fun playing together. Gavin's Blessing went great and Carl did a good job too. After the Blessing we went to Nephi fair ground to have lunch and take pictures. Carl's little nieces and nephews were there too and I just love playing with little kids. I played with all the little kids and had so much fun well what can I say, I'm still a little kid by heart. The weekend was fun being with all our friends and families. So Heather next time you need a Nanny for the weekend. Nanny Hill is just a phone call away :) I would love to play with Gav Man again.

Six Months Left!

Brandon has only six months left for his mission in Alabama. It will be so exciting to have him back home. It seems like yesterday, we was at the MTC singing Called to Serve with a room full of Missionaries. And then off Brandon went to serve in Alabama. He now is in Mississippi for a little bit. A couple weeks ago we went up to Lewiston for Elder Mickelsen's homecoming. Elder Mickelsen was one of Brandon's favorite companions. Brandon is such a GREAT brother, well I only have one brother . Sorry Carl and Brandon you two are my favorite brother-in-laws. So the count down is on for Brandon. And I can't wait.

Fun Weekend!

So I haven't had time to blog alot. Last weekend school had just started and its fun but way busy. On Friday, we went to Logan to see Brit and Brandon and spend the weekend up there. Brandon and Brit took some pictures of me around Logan. It was alot of fun, my favorite pictures were the ones taken at the Logan Temple. It was so much fun being with them all weekend. And then we went to Lewiston to Elder Mickelsen's homecoming. He was one of Brandon's Missionary companions in Alabma. So it was alot of fun to see him and his family.

Five and Ten Tag

Ten years ago.....
I was six years old, the summer before I went into 1st Grade with Mrs. Bills as my teacher. During the summer I would be playing with my little Sis Kemarie Jorgensen. We had been tending Kemarie since she was a baby so she was a lot like my little sister. Through out the years, we became so close with each other and had so much fun together. She will always be my little sister.

Five years ago.....
I was in the 6th Grade and loved it because I was finally in middle school and out of elementary. That meant I was growing up. But I did miss the recess part and still do. Sixth Grade was fun and I have lots of memories about it.

Five months ago.....
I was turning SWEET 16!!! And couldn't wait to get my drivers license. Also I was playing basketball on my high school team, and it was getting close to the end of our season. I made a lot of new friend while playing basketball.

Tuesday Tell All- Olympic Spirit

I can't believe that the Olympics will start in almost three days. I still can remember when we went down to Moab to watch Britney run with the torch in 2002. It was close to mine and Brandon's birthday so with all our family down there we celebrated in the motel we stayed in. It also had snowed so when my cousins and I finally talked all our parents into letting us go outside and sit in the hot tub while it snowed. We played more in the snow making snow angels rather in keeping warm in the hot tub. I think the Olympics to make people come closer together. Because if you think about it people from all over the world come together as one nation. I can't wait to watch all the events on TV.

Girls Weekend

This last weekend the girls in my family had planned a weekend were we could all hang out and spend time together. While we was planning this Britney had a craft for us to do. The craft was wooden blocks which had different holidays saying on them. It was so much fun. While we was waiting for our craft to dry what more could you ask for then a FUN day of SHOPPING! We went shopping for my school clothes. And of course we bought more then what was on our shopping list. After a long day of shopping we had gone back to Brit's house and relaxed. Gavin could only handle just a few hours of shopping before he was ready to go home. The weekend was so much fun being with my sisters, mom and Gavin.

Castle Valley Pageant

Last night, my mom and I went to Castle Dale to visit my dad over to Price. We went to the Castle Valley Pageant for a family night. I loved the pageant and I loved spending time with my mom and dad also. We spent the night in Price with my dad and then my mom and I was going to head up to Logan to have a girls weekend with Britney and Heather and Gavin too. The pageant was so much fun. The pageant was about how the pioneers came to settle the Castle Valley. It told how they had hard times and lost loves. It was really cool because a couple weeks ago I had gone on the Trek the Salina Stake had put on for us. I loved every minute of the Trek, even the hard times and the spiritual times it was a great experience. I had a great time at the pageant and being with my Family.

This week was so much fun, since it was the 4th of July which also is my FAVORITE hoilday. We went up to spend the night with Heather and Carl and Gavin and then drove back home from there house the morning of the fourth. Britney and Brandon were down also so after the parade we had a cook out at our house with them. After the cook out we decided to play games befor the fireworks. When it was time to watch the fireworks we had gone up to the rodeo grounds to get a better view and so Brandon could take some pictures too. The whole day was so much fun just being around all my family.

Yesterday, Britney and I went up to spend the day with Heather, Carl, and Gavin. It was so much fun. We made thank-you cards while the boys (Carl and Gavin) was taking a nap. I can't believe I am an Aunt already. It was so much fun to spend time with my sisters.
